Apparently Antares Auto-Tune has an issue with this. There are some cases of plug-ins which are available as 64-bit versions but the 64-bit version isn’t retrospectively compatible with the 32-bit version and so without the 32-bit version old projects won’t load correctly. For those people, the solution is to upgrade to the 64-bit version. Some people have 32-bit versions of plug-ins, which are available as 64-bit versions but for whatever reason, they have chosen not to progress on to the 64-bit version - perhaps because the upgrade path was a paid-for upgrade.
